Established in 2011, the J.B. Brown Fund is a partnership between LifeSTEPS and USA Properties Fund, Inc. that empowers residents of USA Properties Fund, Inc. communities to create self-sufficiency and lead a better quality of life. The priorities for the J.B. Brown Fund are:

• Provide scholarships for higher education to deserving individuals
• Fortify housing stability by providing safety net services during financial crises
• Support youth development by providing individual scholarships for team sports
• Provide services for the unique needs of aging adults
